**Job Title : Post Sales Co-Ordinator.**

**Location : Mulund, Mumbai Maharashtra.**

**Package : Upto 3.5 LPA**.

**Qualifications: Graduate in any stream**

**AGE : 35**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Enter the data in the system.
- Get the necessary approval then prepare and send the Order Acceptance to the customer.
- Prepare and send the Proforma invoice.
- Attend the daily production meeting.
- Coordinate and follow up with the concerned departments for the completion of order in timely manner.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Follow up and collect the payment before dispatching of the material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Filling of all the documents
- and communicate relevant information.
- Prepare Sales Invoice.
- Send all the dispatch documents to the customer.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Sort and store all financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Reporting daily, monthly progress reports to the concerned reporting authority

**Preferred Skills**:***
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Have to maintain a good rapport with team members and other department.
- Knowledge in Electrical field.
