**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
- Create visual assets such as logos, brochures, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Utilise Figma to develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
