Continuously assess and enhance the user Experience of Conversational interfaces, making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Strong understanding of user Experience (UX) principles and Conversational Design best practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Working Experience with Azure Services, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Open AI, Zammo.ai
