**1. Tenant Management (Rental Oversight)**
- Market vacant properties on relevant platforms to attract quality tenants.
- Screen tenants via background, reference, and document checks.
- Handle lease agreements, move-in/move-out, and renewals.
- Act as main contact for lease-related queries and coordination.
- Ensure smooth transitions during tenant handovers.

**2. Rent Collection and Tracking**
- Collect rent on time and follow up on delays or defaults.
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments and deposits.
- Regularly update the company on income, dues, and tenant status.
- Support legal proceedings for non-payment or lease breaches.

**3. Sales Coordination (Inventory Sale/Resale)**
- Assist with showcasing properties to buyers.
- Manage site visits, handle queries, and maintain buyer interest.
- Gather buyer documents and pass leads to internal sales team.
- Support agreements, registrations, and ownership transfers.

**4. Reporting & Communication with Company**
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on occupancy, revenue, and tenant activity.
- Share sales inquiry reports and conversion status.
- Promptly flag legal, financial, or tenant-related risks.
- Maintain CRM/system records for tenants, prospects, and vacancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Commission pay
