
Client Coordinator

As a Sales and Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing communication processes, and assisting with basic financial tasks related to sales. You will also act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication across all areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
~Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
~Prepare and manage sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
~Handle communication with clients, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
~Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and preparing sales-related financial reports.
~Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy in records.
~Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans.
~Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align communication strategies.
~Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales team.
~Organize and coordinate sales events and meetings as needed.
~Respond to client inquiries and assist with any financial clarifications regarding sales processes.
**Requirements**:
~Any graduate (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Finance or related).
~0-2 years of experience preferable in B2B service industry.
~Basic understanding of finance (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking, financial reporting.
~Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
~Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
~Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
~Proactive, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
~Basic knowledge of sales processes and international customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
