We are currently seeking a Student Counselor who can guide, motivate, and support our students on their career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Counsel prospective and current students on course selection, career paths, and training outcomes.
Assess students’ skills, interests, and goals to guide them toward suitable programs and career options.
Provide one-on-one sessions to address academic or personal challenges that may impact progress.
Organize and conduct workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
Coordinate with trainers and placement officers to monitor student progress and job readiness.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress reports.
Follow up with alumni to track employment outcomes and gather feedback.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with career assessment tools and counseling software.
Experience in soft skills or employability training.
