Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lab Support:

- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples as per guidelines.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and glassware.
- Assist in setting up experiments and calibrating instruments.

2. Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results.
- Follow strict safety protocols (e.g., PPE, chemical handling, waste disposal).
- Adhere to quality control standards.
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and lab best practices.

3. Collaboration:

- Work under the supervision of senior chemists/lab technicians.
- Support research projects and routine testing activities.

4. Inventory Management:

- Monitor lab supplies and assist in procurement processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: BSc in Chemistry
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Technical and Soft Skills:

- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques (titration, distillation, chromatography).
- Familiarity with analytical instruments (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers).
- Understanding of chemical safety and hazardous material handling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Internship or academic project experience in a lab setting.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
