**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team on a freelance/part-time basis. You will play a crucial role in equipping our students with the essential skills and knowledge to protect information systems and networks from cyber threats. Your expertise will guide learners towards successful careers in the in-demand field of cybersecurity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules covering key cybersecurity concepts, including:

- Network security
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Security incident response
- Threat intelligence
- Ethical hacking
- Data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Employ interactive teaching methods, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies to create an engaging learning environment.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students, fostering their skill development and career growth.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the training program remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the program director to ensure the successful delivery of the program and achieve student learning outcomes.
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate program schedules and potential additional sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a cybersecurity-related role (e.g., security analyst, security engineer, penetration tester, security consultant).
- Proven experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs or workshops.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or similar are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to succeed in the cybersecurity field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance/part-time capacity.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate or project-based fee commensurate with experience and qualifications.
