Job Title: Abroad Education Loan Counselor

Location: Noida

As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Abroad Education Loan Counselor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
1. **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and their families to understand their educational aspirations, financial needs, and loan eligibility.
- Provide expert advice on various education loan products, terms, and conditions.

2. **Loan Application Processing**:

- Collaborate with the loan processing team to facilitate a smooth and timely approval process.

3. **Financial Counseling**:

- Assess the financial standing of applicants and recommend suitable loan options.
- Assist clients in understanding the repayment structures and financial implications of different loan plans.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and products related to education loans.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding loan features, interest rates, and repayment options.

5. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

6. **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about competitors' offerings.
- Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of loan products and services.

7. **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all interactions and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation for audit purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial counseling or a related field, preferably in education loans.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial software and documentation processes.
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
