An international voice process job involves providing customer support to international customers over the phone. This may include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in multiple languages
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions
- Provide information about product specifications and pricing
- Escalate customer issues to relevant departments
- Promote the company's products and services
- Upsell other products to customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma (10+2) or equivalent
- Ability to exercise tact, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,518.77 - ₹28,529.63 per month
