**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working on electrical systems.
- Support the senior electricians and engineers with routine and emergency tasks.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HSM (Hot Strip Mill) or steel plant operations.
- **Skills**: Good understanding of electrical systems, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in working with industrial electrical systems in high-voltage and heavy machinery settings.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical faults and performing routine checks.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Installation & Maintenance**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in industrial settings, particularly in steel plants or similar environments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of electrical systems and machinery.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, equipment, and wiring.
- Provide timely and effective repair solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- **Compliance with Safety Standards**:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Adhere to electrical safety standards, including wearing the required protective equipment and following safety protocols during installations and repairs.
- **Support Senior Electricians and Engineers**:

- Assist senior electricians and engineers in carrying out complex electrical tasks, including wiring, panel installations, and circuit management.
- Follow instructions and guidance from senior team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- **Electrical Inspections & Testing**:

- Conduct periodic inspections of electrical systems and components to identify potential issues before they become critical.
- Perform testing on electrical equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning within standard operating parameters.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of completed work, repairs, and inspections.
- Report any issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- **Working with Industrial Machinery**:

- Operate and maintain electrical components of heavy industrial machinery, including those in Hot Strip Mills (HSM) or similar steel plant environments.
- Ensure machinery is working efficiently by performing electrical checks and maintenance as needed.
- **Continuous Learning & Development**:

- Stay up to date with the latest electrical technologies and best practices.
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development to enhance technical knowledge and capabilities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, including mechanical engineers and supervisors, to ensure smooth workflow and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring team goals are met.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns quickly and effectively, minimizing operational disruption.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
