**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for HPDC machines and associated equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-related issues in HPDC machines.
- Replace or repair faulty components and test the machine post-repair.
- **Machine Optimization**:

- Analyze and improve machine performance to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production requirements.
- **Spare Parts Management**:

- Monitor inventory of spare parts and request replenishment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage and maintenance activities.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with machine operation and maintenance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to address machine-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records.
- Prepare reports on machine performance, downtime, and repairs for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintaining HPDC machines and related equipment.
- Hands-on experience with brands like Bühler, Toshiba, or similar is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and automation technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
