Job description

**Responsibilities**
- Creation and maintenance of Employee query processes as per standard with built-in escalations.- Handling Employee grievances/queries/feedback and providing appropriate resolutions for the same.- Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all stated queries.- Investigates and resolves grievances, incidents, and employee relations-related issues.- Develops materials to assist HR in escalating employee relations matters.- Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self.- Ensure adequacy and quality of all query resolution at this level.- Regular review of open grievances and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievances.- Well equipped with necessary contacts of nearby facilities, agencies, medical centres including government bodies but not limited to the same.- Overall experience with strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.- Conducting root cause analysis of issues at hand and resolving and close looping the same.**Skills**
- Sound on HR concepts and processes.- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Problem Solving or Analysis skill.- Should be accurate and responsible.**You will thrive in this role if you are -**
