Swimming Coach

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Planning and leading training sessions for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes
- Assessing the abilities of individual swimmers and providing them with guidance and feedback to improve their skills.
- Monitoring swimmer's performance during training sessions and competitions
- Developing and implementing swim programs to meet the goals of each swimmer.
- Collaborating with other coaches and staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintaining accurate records of swimmer's progress and attendance Staying current with advancements in swim training techniques and strategies
- Communicating with swimmer's parents or guardians to provide updates on their progress.
- Ensuring the safety of all swimmers by supervising the pool and enforcing rules and regulations
- Attending swim meets, events, and workshops to maintain professional development and networking.

Location: Faridabad
Shift: 8 Hours
Week off: Monday
Experience: 3 - 5 yrs

**Salary**: 25k - 35k

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
