**Job Overview**:
As an Intern in Partner Engagement, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partner Engagement team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners, assist in developing partnership strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the Partner Engagement team in day-to-day activities, including partner communications, meetings, and relationship management.
- Assist in researching potential partners and evaluating their alignment with our organization's goals and values.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for partner meetings and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to coordinate partner-related activities and initiatives.
- Assist in tracking partner performance metrics and providing analysis and insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Aid in developing partnership proposals and agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Help organize and coordinate partner events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Support the team in maintaining a comprehensive partner database, including contact information, partnership status, and related documentation.

**What you have**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of partnership and business development concepts is a plus.
- Prior experience or coursework related to partner engagement, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
