Position Overview:
As an E-commerce Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the e-commerce operations of a company. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of online retail and contribute to the growth of the business. This position is based on Indian standards and is tailored to the specific requirements of the Indian e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Catalog Management:
Assist in creating and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform.

Ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications.

Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Manage the order fulfillment process, including order confirmation, packaging, and
shipping.

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery of orders.

Monitor inventory levels and provide input on reordering products.

3. Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and helpful assistance.

Resolve customer complaints or issues related to orders, deliveries, or product
inquiries.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

4. Marketing and Promotion:
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Support the implementation of strategies to increase website traffic and conversion
rates.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven
recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards e-commerce
goals.

6. Website Maintenance:
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly and
optimized for e-commerce.

Update product information, pricing, and other website content as required.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the website functions properly.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with the Indian e-commerce landscape, including popular platforms and marketplaces.

3. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with e-commerce platforms.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and online analytics tools is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
