**Role description**:

- Working on a variety of Transfer pricing compliance, research, consulting and planning issues;
- Overseeing tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; participating in engagements, requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates;
- Responsible for overall delivery of projects related to Transfer Pricing documentation projects - US and Global;
- Contributing to the deliverables which may include transfer pricing documentation reports based on local country tax laws (US TP Regulations) or OECD guidelines, transfer pricing planning/documentation studies and other related studies for clients across the globe;
- Develop and maintain client relationships and identify further client opportunities;
- Take a significant role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.

**Skills**:

- Excellent level of writing skills in English;
- Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required;
- Good understanding of Business, Statistics, Economics and Accounting;
- Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations;
- Having a good understanding and experience in a wide range of industries;
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel.
