**Position Overview**:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and evaluating our fintech products, processes, and services to ensure they align with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and our internal quality benchmarks. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of our offerings will be instrumental in enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of financial products, processes, and services to identify deviations from established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and compliance officers, to understand product specifications and expectations.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists to guide evaluation processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement, and provide actionable insights to enhance quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal protocols in all quality control activities.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality control assessments, findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Communicate effectively with team members to report quality-related issues, provide recommendations, and collaborate on resolutions.
- Assist in the development of training materials to educate staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine and enhance product design and functionality based on quality feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact quality control practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, financial transactions, and software development processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential areas of improvement.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey quality-related findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to fintech quality control.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, software testing methodologies, and reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fintech environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
