1. Designer shall carryout designs and detailing envisaged by the DEC / CSP, considering inputs from CRF and further discussion with Project Coordinator / PM / CEO if needed.

2. Update Studio file clearly identifying revised drawing along with Project Coordinator / PM. List of drawings and revision status to be provided to Project Coordinator / PM. Analyse /review list of drawings and raise red flags as appropriate to gauge project efficiency.

3. Prepare list of working drawings as per Request Register for a Project along with DEC and PM and prepare working drawings as per schedule agreed in request register.

4. Coordinate with Project Coordinator for site meetings regarding the design requirements and detailing with DEC/ CSP approval.

5. Final design to be verified and approved by PM and hand it over to Project Coordinator for documentation or sending to client through DEC/ CSP. Designer to ensure client approvals are obtained on each drawing released.

6. In case of changes at site informed by site engineers, after consultation with Project Coordinator / PM, revised drawing shall be prepared and update in studio file along with Project Coordinator with the approval of DEC/ CSP.

7. Issue approved drawings duly signed by PM to site engineers and get signature from them. While issuing revised drawings collect back earlier issued Drawings. Update and sign off with client during monthly meeting at site or office.

8. Check on work progress with measurements, site photos and documents whether project running in line with drawing issued. Meetings to be coordinated with Project Coordinator /PM for understanding and clarification on design related matters at site periodically.

9. Submitting weekly evaluation reports to the DEC/CSP / CA before 5.00 pm on Friday (issue on Thursday if Friday is holy day/ Leave) and maintain the concerned files at studio both hard and soft copies and available at hand when needed.

10. Good for execution / Superseded / Only for reference seal must be stamped in each drawing before release. No drawings shall be released without format in any case. Drawing Format also should be duly filled.

11. Should be well versed with ADPL studio protocol

12. Initiate Evaluation in every month with the HR and confirm the performance by self.

13. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time for the proper execution of the projects.

14. Hard copy and soft copy filing (Master file & studio file) with updated drawings and same the need to handover every Saturday before11.00 am to store in hard disk for back-up.
