- **शिक्षण कार्य**: विद्यार्थियों को हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित, पर्यावरण और अन्य विषय पढ़ाना।
- **शिक्षा सामग्री का उपयोग**: शिक्षण प्रक्रिया में नवीनतम शैक्षिक उपकरणों और तकनीकों का उपयोग।
- **विद्यार्थी विकास**: विद्यार्थियों के बौद्धिक, सामाजिक और भावनात्मक विकास को सुनिश्चित करना।
- **परीक्षा और मूल्यांकन**: नियमित टेस्ट और मूल्यांकन करना तथा उनके परिणामों का विश्लेषण।
- **सह-पाठयक्रम गतिविधियां**: खेल, कला, और अन्य गतिविधियों में विद्यार्थियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना।
- **अनुशासन बनाए रखना**: कक्षा में अनुशासन बनाए रखना और सकारात्मक शैक्षिक माहौल प्रदान करना।
- **अभिभावक संवाद**: अभिभावकों के साथ नियमित संवाद और प्रगति रिपोर्ट साझा करना।
- **स्मार्टफोन दक्षता**: डिजिटल उपकरणों और स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करते हुए शिक्षण में नवाचार लाना।
**योग्यता**
- न्यूनतम **स्नातक डिग्री**:

- शिक्षण में **डिजिटल उपकरणों** का अनुभव।
- बच्चों को प्रेरित करने और उन्हें सीखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने की क्षमता।
**कुशलताएं**
- उत्कृष्ट **संचार और प्रस्तुति** कौशल।
