**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Abacus techniques** to students in interactive and engaging sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and fun activities to make learning effective.
- Improve students’ mental math, speed, and accuracy.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize Abacus-related workshops, competitions, and events in the school.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or formal training in **Abacus teaching** (mandatory).
- Prior experience teaching Abacus in schools, institutes, or training centers.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Education/Mathematics (Prefered).
- Urgent Requirment.
