**Digital Marketing Job Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and implement digital marketing strategies**:
- Align marketing strategies with business goals to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- **Manage social media presence**:
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage the company’s online reputation.
- Optimize social media accounts for maximum engagement and growth.
- **SEO & SEM Optimization**:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize web content and drive traffic.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for higher ROI.
- **Content creation and management**:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in tone and style across digital platforms.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- **Analytics and reporting**:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track campaign performance.
- Measure KPIs such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
- **Lead generation and nurturing**:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
- **Manage paid advertising campaigns**:
- Create and manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
- **Stay updated with industry trends**:
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Make recommendations to incorporate new strategies and technologies.
- **Collaboration and teamwork**:
- Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Communicate campaign goals and results to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,809.95 per month
