ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Check the manifold room every day (Oxygen cylinder, Date of fixation, check whether it’s empty or filled).
- Verify the posted GA patients for the day.
- Check the anesthesia machines working conditions daily.
- Keep anesthesia machine standby mode at any time for usage.
- Keep emergency drugs ready (available) on the machine every day.
- Check the working condition of the suction apparatus every day.
- Monitor the high risk patients throughout surgery in the OT.
- Bi-monthly rounds in the ward to check the emergency medicines, crash carts including all equipments.
