Assist Head of Planning to ensure minimum wastage through continuous monitoring, reconciliation, sale of scrap items, mobilization of resources etc.

Customer

Coordinate with stakeholders - Clients, Site Incharge, Vendors, Procurement, CPM - to ensure completion of project as per schedule

Arrange required information to Customers as per contract and preparation of client correspondence

Execution Excellence

Preparation and review of Job Cost reports on both excel and system

2

Carry out variation analysis and take corrective actions

3

Get approvals from clients on measurement certificate, base rate approval, rate variation, and escalations

4

Process bills, reconcile items, carry out paid vs claim reconciliation of bills

5

Responsible for maintaining and revising item master

6

Manage Claims, Certification of Bill, Invoice Processing in timely manner and seek support in case of delays/issues

7

Prepare MIS, Dashboard for Schedule of staff & Plant-Machinery and their ongoing related cost

8

Close out of all works/records at project completion stage

9

Continuous internal feedback for project progress on an ongoing basis and subsequently provide report/output to client/PM/HQ

Support site planning head in Identifying areas for development for self and the team

Support site planning head in increasing engagement, motivation and alignment of employees at site along with project manager

3

Focus on identifying areas of self-development and undertake appropriate up skilling courses in consultation with site Planning Head
