Pm (Atc)

Partner with stake holders on project requirements, expectations and timelines
Responsible for the establishment and management of project methodology, incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting that fits the needs of the project
Work closely with the internal teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritize requirements and ensure timely project delivery
Conduct Scrum Daily standup, Product backlog, Sprint Planning & Sprint Review
Determine team capacity (velocity), create work break down structure (user stories), burndown charts etc.
Effectively communicate with the stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status
Qualifications:
Bachelors/MBA in Finance or related
PMP/SCRUM Certification
6 years of experience in Program and Scrum (Agile Framework) Management
Experience in project management tools like Rally/Jira is required
Exceptional communication skills
Strong conceptual and creative problem solving skills; ability to work with considerable ambiguity; ability to learn new and complex concepts quickly
