**Architect Job Responsibilities**:

- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Infrastructure Planning.
- Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Interfaces with CMD and project managers.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Exposure: Planning of township, Resort and Villa Project

**Job Expectations**:

1. To attend all designated meetings in house, with the client or nominated representative, with sub-contractors, designers and on site.
2. To consistently keep abreast of market trends and construction methods
3. To ensure that the company policy and procedures are maintained and implemented at all times. Continuously seeking ways to improve, refine and modify procedures.
4. Possesses a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
5. To prepare weekly and monthly progress reports & submit to Top Management
6. Exposure: Planning of township, Resort and Villa Project
7. Infrastructure Planning
8. 3D Modeling, Sketching
9. The location will be Mumbai.
10. Ready to travel beyond Mumbai Limits.
11. Qualification: B.Arch. with Good Communication & Designing Skill.
12. Minimum Experience required: 3-4 yrs.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution

**Minimum Job Experience**: Minimum Experience required: 3-4 yrs.

**Reporting to**: CMD

**Travel**: Ready to travel beyond Mumbai Limits.
