**Basic Function**:

- To ensure daily lab operation complies with HSE regulation and rules and achieve Goal Zero target
- The purpose of the job to conduct Quality control within the site, especially for product testing covering from incoming material, online, finished products and other sample from customer.
- He/she is requested to work under supervision of QA Manager on product quality to fulfill customer requirements and satisfaction with maintain the quality system of site.
- Critical responsibility to ensure compliance of routine shift related activities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Implement HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target.
- Timely completion of product testing (In process inspection) of MBS,CPC & PPC Products and Product preservation (before and after the curing period) during the shifts
- Ensure accurate and consistence testing procedure through validation and verification. Review and release the test reports under the guidance of QA manager.
- Give accurate color correction in CPC and PPC grades to get target color shade.
- Daily verification and maintenance of the lab equipment
- Keep good housekeeping of QA lab, process lab area and sample retention area.
- Support quality testing of incoming raw materials
- Support new product development trials. Maintain relevant documents as a part of new product testing
- ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Authority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensuring conformity to product requirements.
- Responsible for the SAP related activities & T-code

**Min. Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Diploma in Plastics Technology or post graduate diploma in plastics processing and testing

**Work Experience**:
Minimum 3 years laboratory testing working experience, working in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus. ISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratories experience is preferred.

Knowledge of quality system is necessary, such as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015.
- Good work attitude and high sensitivity for testing data especially off spec data.
- Hard working and keep learning, discipline, positive working attitude, a good team player.
- Familiarity with QC software / data input systems
- Familiar with QC tool, such as fish-bone chart, Prato ,etc.
