6. Designing assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' progress.

7. Adapting teaching methods to suit learners with varying levels of proficiency in Literature and Cultural Expertise.

8. Expertise in classical, medieval, and modern Hindi literary works, including poetry, prose, and drama.

9. Understanding the socio-political and cultural contexts of Hindi literature.

10. Interpreting and critiquing literary texts for academic and cultural purposes.

11. Using Learning Management Systems (LMS), presentation tools, etc.

12. Proficiency in Hindi typing and using tools like Unicode fonts or Hindi-specific software.

13. Developing e-learning modules, video lectures, and other digital resources for teaching Hindi.

14. Creative writing: Writing poetry, stories, or plays in Hindi.

15. Organizing events like Kavi Sammelans (poetry gatherings), drama productions, or Hindi Divas celebration.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Masters or Bachelors in Hindi.
- Preferably B.Ed.

**EXPERIENCE**:
**. **3-5 Years or above ( preferred ).

**ABILITY TO COMMUTE / RELOCATE**:

- Hyderabad, Telangana : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work [ Required ].
