Come and Join us at Vestas** **Region APC > Service APAC > Resource Pool Team** **People Resource Dept - Part of Regional Operations Support - handles Post-Sales Service Operations including Special repair projects to meet the contractual obligations with customers.** **Responsibilities**: - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the agreement, as well as carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs, and replacement activities of wind turbine components including sound knowledge on trouble shooting. - Having sound hands on work experience with Replacement of main components according to work instructions, if necessary, making use of internal or external cranes. - Perform the commissioning activities as per the schedule. Execute reliability tests on WTGs as per Contractual requirements. - Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures and quality requirements are followed. - Filling out work orders and checklists, confirming completed orders including proposals for the optimization of processes - Responsibility of the service vehicle, warehouse, and order of material, tools, and spare parts - Document the work done indicating the consumption of spares/ consumables, list further actions along with targeted completion dates. - Ensuring on-time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging **Qualification**: - Diploma / bachelor’s in electrical/Electronics /Mechanical. - Alternatively, experience in the oil and gas industry or offshore environments, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting major components (such as mechanical or electrical systems like switchgear or power converters), will also be considered. **Competencies**: - Ability to read, understand, and write in English, as well as in the regional language. - Ability to adapt and perform special repair tasks as required. **What We Offer** Vestas provides an open, respectful, and global culture, an attractive compensation package, and long-term career development.
