**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide necessary information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate and convert leads into potential customers by explaining the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer calls and conversions.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM software.
- Update customer databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments if necessary.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular feedback on customer responses, sales leads, and call outcomes to the team lead or manager.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports as required.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in
- Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections and persuade clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
