**Job Title**: Electrical/Mechanical Service Executive

**Location**: New Alipore, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month
**Experience**: Fresher/1 Year of Experience
**Travel**: Required to travel across West Bengal
**Reimbursement**: Traveling and hotel expenses will be reimbursed

**About the Company**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Commissioning**: Install, test, and commission industrial equipment like coating machines, spraying equipment, road marking machines, and cleaning systems.
- **Technical Support**: Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring efficient operation of the equipment.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
- **Customer Interaction**: Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Training**: Provide basic training to customers on how to operate and maintain equipment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance for each client.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required for service calls and installations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 Year of Experience).
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
- **Travel**: Comfortable with extensive travel across the region.
- **Basic Tools & Equipment Handling**: Knowledge of basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.

**Preferred Experience (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in servicing or maintaining industrial equipment like **Coating Machines**, **Floor Scrubbers**, **Pressure Washers**, **PU Foam Application Systems**, **Thermoplastic Road Marking**, and **Spraying Equipment** will be an advantage, but **freshers are encouraged to apply** and will be trained on the job.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000/month
- **Reimbursement**: Traveling and hotel expenses will be covered as per company policy.
- **Location**: Based in New Alipore, Kolkata, but role requires frequent travel across West Bengal.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
