**Job description**

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented **project coordinator** with strong Excel skills to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the program, handling member queries, managing the helpdesk, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives. A primary responsibility will be leveraging Excel to track, manage, and report on program metrics, budgets, and key activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Coordinate and monitor** the implementation of the loyalty program activities according to the project plan, using Excel for tracking milestones and progress.
- **Serve as the primary point of contact** for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Manage the program's helpdesk**, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to member concerns.
- **Collaborate with internal teams** (such as marketing, operations, and IT) and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
- **Prepare regular status reports, documentation, and presentations** on program progress, key metrics, and performance, with an emphasis on using Excel to compile and analyze data.
- **Assist in the development and implementation** of program enhancements and process improvements, leveraging Excel to identify areas for optimization and track improvements.
- **Track and manage program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation** using Excel to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.

Qualifications:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience** as a project coordinator or in a similar role would be a plus.
- **Strong organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills;** ability to interact professionally with members and stakeholders at all levels.
- **Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).** Advanced Excel skills are a must, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis.
- **Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk software** is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Problem-solving skills** and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Fresher

Pay:

- ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
