**Job description**

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer at Kodehash Technologies, a company specializing in IT Software Development, to transform our digital offerings into intuitive and engaging experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements.
- Develop design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Create user interface design elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Establish navigation buttons and search fields.
- Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
- Produce original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.
- Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and rectify UX issues like responsiveness.
- Make layout modifications based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistent style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
- Drive full product development, from initial concept to production, which includes determining business needs, user experience, backend

processing, production support, and product promotion.
- Primarily work with JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize components to ensure optimal performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Coordinate with diverse teams working on different layers.

**Job requirements**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1- 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Familiarity with wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- A BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
