**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their educational needs, interests, and goals.
- Provide information and guidance on educational programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in selecting suitable colleges, universities, and courses based on their academic background and career aspirations.
- Develop individualized academic and career plans for students, taking into account their strengths, weaknesses, and interests.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to educate students and parents about various aspects of the college admissions process.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the field of education, including changes in admission criteria and academic programs.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to create opportunities for student engagement and enrichment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in educational counseling, admissions counseling, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using educational counseling software and tools.
- Knowledge of college admissions procedures, standardized tests (SAT, ACT), and international education systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
