**Position Purpose
This position is for a role within the Transformation Office work stream. The Individual will be responsible for Third Party Risk Management Outsourcing coordination and supporting initiatives/projects at ISPL FSS.
The Individual should possess knowledge on Third Party Risk Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, MS Office Suite and good presentation skills.
**Responsibilities**
**Direct Responsibilities**
- **Supervision of all Outsourcing Contracts and Arrangements under the perimeter of action**
- Utilise Group tools to record contracts and arrangements
- Regular reconciliation of the contracts and arrangements stock
- Ensure remediation of outstanding contracts and arrangements is delivered as per timelines agreed
- Regular production of KPI related to contracts, arrangements and remediation (F&S TPRM Reports)
- **Finance & Strategy TPRM guidelines up to date and in use**
- **Owner** of the Finance & Strategy TPRM guidelines applicable to the entire BNPP Group Finance Filiere
- Perform quarterly updates to the guidelines (and ad-hoc) to ensure guidelines are aligned with ongoing Regulatory or Risk/Compliance/Legal prerogatives and Obtain validation from F&S Outsourcing Coordinator, Risk ORM and F&S OPC
- Issue and socialise F&S TPRM guidelines with the Finance Community (twice a year)
- **TPRM based documentation in up to date and in use**
(Risk Assessment forms, Criticality questionnaire, Purchasing questionnaire, Cross-Border transfers questionnaires, etc )
- Ensure working documents used to determine criticality and remediation are up to date
- Communicate and explain the tools at disposal to outsourcing managers and transition project managers
- **TPRM governance**
- Active participation to the preparation and delivery of the TPRM committees (Operational TPRM committees with ICC / EMEA community (every 6 weeks), Monthly risk reviews)
- Active participation to the team weekly meetings
- Active participation to the preparation and delivery of the F&S COO Outsourcing Committee (twice a year)
- Establish and maintain governance links with AMER and APAC regions
- **Project based**
- Take ownership of F&S TPRM projects (ad-hoc studies, medium term projects) enabling a smoother management of the TPRM for the Finance community.
**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**

- Hands on experience on MS Office and SharePoint.
- Understanding of Third Party Risk Management
- Strong Project Management knowledge. PMP or Prince2 trained.
- Understanding of reengineering tools. Lean, Six Sigma - Good to have skills.
