**Responsibilities**:
**Bills Receivable**:
**Invoicing**:Generate and issue invoices for products or services provided to customers.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and payment terms on invoices.

**Payment Tracking**:Monitor and track payments received from customers.
Record payment information accurately in the accounting system.

**Follow-Up**:Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
Address any payment discrepancies or issues promptly.

**Documentation**:Maintain organized records of bills receivable, including invoices and payment receipts.
File and archive documents in accordance with company policies.

**Bills Payable**:
**Vendor Invoices**:Receive and verify invoices from vendors for goods and services.
Confirm that the invoices match the purchase orders and delivery receipts.

**Payment Processing**:Schedule and process payments to vendors within established terms.
Optimize payment schedules to take advantage of early payment discounts.

**Expense Tracking**:Keep accurate records of all expenses and outgoing payments.
Categorize expenses appropriately in the accounting system.

**Negotiation**:Negotiate favorable payment terms with vendors when possible.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment-related matters.

**Financial Reconciliation**:
**Customer Reconciliation**:Reconcile financial transactions with customers' records.
Address any discrepancies between the company's records and customers' statements.

**Vendor Reconciliation**:Reconcile financial transactions with vendors' records.
Verify that the company's records align with vendors' statements.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Month-End Reconciliation**:Conduct month-end reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate.
Prepare and review financial reports to assess the overall financial health.

**Reporting**:Generate and analyze financial reports related to bills receivable, bills payable, and reconciliations.
Communicate financial insights to relevant stakeholders.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Collaborate with the finance team to address any audit-related requirements.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
