**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Detailed record should be maintained for patients.
- Complete patient care.
- Computer operations
- enter and maintain data in the ris software related to oncology.
- Prepare description and maintain original copy.
- Ensure that discharge summaries, medication charts and fluid orders are completed.
- Function as part of multidisciplinary team rounds for inpatient care and document in the forms provided in the inpatient records.
- Complete a brief admission examination on each patient when appropriate and document clinical findings.
- Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.
- Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and relevant action taken.
- Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patient.

**(original certificate should or submited or must be ready to submit 2 month salary and should serve one month notice before receiving the originals back.)**
