Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Branding:

- Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.

UI/UX Design:

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, focusing on user-centric design principles.
- Collaborate with developers to implement design prototypes and ensure pixelperfect execution.

Creative Conceptualization:

- Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work with the marketing team to visualize and execute design concepts for ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to translate project requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to meet project goals.

Trends & Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing for websites and mobile apps.
- Familiarity with design guidelines for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Motion graphics or video editing experience using After Effects or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design feasibility checks.
- Experience in designing for fintech or SaaS platforms.
