Key Result Areas:
1. Ultimate Goal of Admin Executive is to handling Administration Department.

2. Managing all the Files & Registers related with respective department.

3. Student Data Management, Cash Management, Day Book, Vendor Management etc.

4. Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters.

5. Students file updating.

6. Store management.

7. Taking care of all vendors related work.

8. Register maintenance.

9. Preparation of Voucher.

10. Students fees related work.

11. Maintaining the record of the students joining the course.

12. Data feeding on CRM or any other software

13. Keeping a track of the fees to be paid by the students joining the course and make sure Collection is done on

Time.

14. Updating the students about any kind of new happening and development in the courses so that the student is

informed time to time about any kind of information relating to any new courses.

15. Participation in Event Management

16. Participate in any promotional activity.

17. To take care of campus’ hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance.

18. Perform all the duties assigned by the reporting head.
