The firm operates offices in Nashik, Thane, and Aurangabad.

**Job Title**: Architectural Draftsman
**Location**: Thane
**Experience**: 4-5 Years
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (3rd Saturday and all Sundays off)
**Salary**: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Plan Development**: Work closely with architects and engineers to develop technical plans in accordance with regulations such as UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, and MSRDC.
- **Drawing Preparation**: Create and modify architectural and civil drawings, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and design specifications.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that all plans comply with zoning laws, building codes, and relevant regulations.
- **Approval Support**: Assist in preparing documentation for obtaining necessary approvals and submissions from regulatory bodies.
- **Collaboration**: Support architects, engineers, and government authorities during the plan approval and submission process.
- **Use of Drafting Tools**: Proficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software for creating precise drawings and layouts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Architecture or ITI in Draftsmanship.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in preparing architectural and civil drawings.
- **Skills**: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and government authorities for approvals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
