**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries/comments.
- **Content Creation**:

- Support the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
- Assist in updating website content and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Research industry trends and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
