**T**HE INTERNSHIP - Corporate Strategy (Bangalore, India)**

The internship will require a high level of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and activities. Each intern will be responsible for leading an individual project which will be presented to the Executive team at the end of the summer and will receive mentorship from a business unit leader.

We are looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.

***THE ROLE**
- Conducting business reporting and competitive analysis activities using advanced analytical skills including studying product differentiation and creating a positioning strategy
- Driving strategic initiatives and corporate development projects, including internal project management and product/geographic expansion
- Conducting industry benchmarking and financial planning and analysis of new and existing products
- Creating a university ranking framework with a robust methodology for international students pursuing higher education in the U.S. and Canada.

***THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous internship or full-time professional experience
- Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and detail

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
