**Job Description (Posting).**
- This is a senior testing SME role in the field of software testing and quality assurance. The role requires a hands-on approach to design and development of testing architecture, going beyond the traditional boundaries of testing process to incorporate aspects of software development, automation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Extensive expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Functional Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, Mobile Testing, Non-Functional Testing such as Performance, Accessibility and Security, Test data management solutions, Service virtualization etc.
Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team.
Possess extensive hands-on experience in test estimation, budgeting, program management, test reporting and dashboarding, stakeholder management and escalation management.
Identify tools and technologies which can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in-line with the skill set of the team
Conceptualize, design and develop proof of concepts prototypes for various types of testing.
Ability to monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC
Design and develop the test automation frameworks, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects, working closely with the Automation Lead.
Work with test mangers, leads and testers in directing and guiding through test architecture framework implementation.
Should be able to lead and provide directions to large testing team across multiple shores to meet customer deliverables.
Work closely with Release Engineering to ensure Test Environments are set up in the correct way for the right testing
Provide technical know-how, documentation and training to test and other business functions

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or engineering
At least 15+ years of experience in testing and related activities.
At least 5+ years of significant experience working on test architecture.
Working experience in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Testing (CT) Continuous Development (CD) environments and exposure to AI/ML technologies.
Should have worked on Agile scrum or kanban methodology and has strong communication and collaboration skills.
