- Good knowledge & hands on experience on measuring instruments like Veriner, Micrometer, profile projector, Hardness tester
- Hand on experience on drawing reading for ectronics parts, Sheet metal, rubber, plastic, assembly.
- Electronic parts handling experience is preferable.
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work..
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs
- Good Knowledge on the making Quality plan, sampling plan.
- Hand on experience on G8D process.
- Good knowledge on Calibration process & dealing with NABL agency for calibration & repair of the instruments.
- Hands on experience in maintaining the Documentation as per ISO/TS 16949 requirement.
- Good understanding about Supplier PPAP process.
- Good knowledge on the root cause analysis for incoming parts.
- Good Communication skill & he should able to convey the correct problem to SQA or supplier..
- Knowledge on 5’S, kaizen, Poka yoke.
- Good knowledge on manufacturing process of sheet metal, plastic molding & assembly.
- Good experience in handling issues on production line for part which coming from supplier
