Goldrush Capital Services Pvt Ltd is a leading consultancy firm in Delhi and empanelled with all major PSU bank for conducting Techno Economic Viability Study / Feasibility Study (TEV study) and to act as lender's Independent Engineer. We have an immediate opening for our TEV / credit division. The incumbent will be responsible for financial modelling and preparation of TEV report in line with the banks requirement

Job Description: Preparation of TEV Reports covering the following aspects:
- Technical feasibility of the Project
- Financial Modelling
- Report Drafting
- Commercial feasibility of the product - Industry Overview, Govt. Policies, Marketing Strategies, Strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,
- Conducting industry research on the various type of industries
- Financial Viability of the project - Cost of project and means of finance, DSCR/IRR/ Payback period, Break Even Point and Sensitivity Analysis, etc.
- SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis
- Interacting with senior bankers and clients: senior executives.
- Facilitating due diligence.

Key Skills:

- Hands on experience in Preparation of Detailed Project Report/ Techno-Economic Viability Study Report.

- A solid understanding of accounting
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowing how to link the 3 financial statements
- Understanding how to build a forecast
- A logical framework for problem-solving

- Ability to distill large amounts of data into a simple format
- An eye for design and esthetics
- Clear presentation skills
- The ability to easily zoom in on details, and zoom out to high-level strategy

**Salary**: From ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
