Brand Kutchina is seeking an Executive Account & Inventory - Service who would be a partner in progress of the brand. For the aforesaid role, you need to be an B. Com graduate preferred within 22 - 25 years of age and with One - Three years of assignment experience, knowledge in service domain, and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and the interest to perform your prospective role in the city/town of Kolkata.

Your expected **core competency** would be to:

- Must have knowledge in accounts
- Computer taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Daily Entry, Purchase Entry, Direct & Indirect taxation
- Create invoice of Spare Parts in Tally software. Way bill Issue for FG and Spares. ERP updation / billing & Check the Courier Bill
- Handling branch petty cash. Maintain the cash handling
- Responsible for spare dispatch to service centre
- Spare challan handover to Accounts
- Dispatch details send to upcountry service centre
- Update the dispatch details kept the soft and hard copy
- Daily recording of revenue in Excel and ERP.
- Tracking of expenses and keeping a control over the same.
- Preparing Monthly reports (Spare Parts, Accounts)
- Recording, Maintaining and controlling the inward and outward movement of Inventory items.

- Idea about the ERP
- Willing to learn
- How to Generate E-way Bill
- Good Communicational Skills and interpersonal skills
- Well - Professionally Groomed
- Presentable skills with pleasing personality
- Update Inward & Outward spare details in stock sheet
- Call Pending data collect from service centre and update the call pending list
- Should be able to Multiple report generate as required by Management

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
