Accounts Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Transactions: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
2. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
3. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and journals to provide a clear financial picture to management.
4. Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, and present them to the finance team or management.
5. Tax Compliance: Collaborate with the tax department to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including GST, VAT, and income tax returns.
6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
7. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial activities.
8. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
9. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
11. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar finance-related role.
3. Financial Software: Proficiency in using accounting software and Tally ERP systems.
4. Budgeting Skills: Strong budget management skills, with the ability to work within the stipulated budget.
5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.
6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
7. Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise financial reporting and cross-departmental collaboration.
8. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
9. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute as a team player to achieve collective goals.
10. Integrity: Display a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality when dealing with financial information.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
