**Karate Trainers**

**Location**: Chennai Nandhanam
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years of Karate training and teaching experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging Karate & Silambam classes for students.
- Develop training plans and practice routines tailored to age and skill levels.
- Teach proper techniques, discipline, and safety practices.
- Organize grading exams, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
- Promote physical fitness, confidence, and respect among students.
- Assist in planning events, competitions, or performances.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience or certification in Karate & Silambam.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work with children, teens, and adults.
- First Aid or CPR certification is a plus.
- Black belt or equivalent proficiency in Karate.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in conducting workshops or competitive coaching.
- Ability to manage classes independently.
- Knowledge of other martial art forms (if any) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
