Packaging Supervisor

**"Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of packaging employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Workflow Management: Oversee and coordinate the packaging process, ensuring that products are packed according to specified standards and production schedules are met.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all packaged products meet company and industry standards.

Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for packaging personnel by enforcing safety guidelines and conducting regular safety training.

Equipment Oversight: Monitor and maintain packaging machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a packaging or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of packaging processes, materials, and equipment.

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team."

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
