Location: Palladium - Mumbai, Warden Road, Churchgate, Worli Position - Inside Sales Executive
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls to understand their needs, preferences, and take orders.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to maximize customer value.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns or complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer needs are met and to encourage repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,589.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
